Overview

CortaPro is operated by Social Club Consulting LLC. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We built CortaPro for small lawn care operators, and we handle your data and your customers' data with that in mind.

Data we collect

  • Account information: Your name, email, phone number, and business name when you sign up.
  • Property data: Addresses, GPS coordinates, lot size, and complexity details for properties you manage. Customer names, phone numbers, and language preferences you enter.
  • Location data:GPS coordinates captured by the crew app when a crew member enters or leaves a property's geofence. Location is used only to verify job arrival and departure — we do not track location continuously outside of active jobs.
  • Payment information: Invoice amounts and payment status. Card details are never stored by CortaPro — all payment processing is handled by Stripe (see below).
  • Usage data: Standard server logs, error reports, and session metadata used to operate and improve the service.

Third-party services

CortaPro integrates with the following services:

  • Stripe:All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. When you or your customers enter card information, it goes directly to Stripe. CortaPro never receives or stores raw card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
  • Twilio:SMS messages (payment links, receipts, seasonal messages) are sent through Twilio, Inc. Customer phone numbers are shared with Twilio only to deliver messages you initiate. Twilio's privacy policy is at twilio.com/legal/privacy.
  • Anthropic:Property descriptions and messages may be sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate time estimates, pricing suggestions, and translate messages. No identifying customer information is included in AI prompts beyond address and property details.
  • Google Maps:Property addresses are sent to Google's Geocoding API to convert addresses to GPS coordinates. Google's privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Supabase:Your data is stored in Supabase's managed PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS infrastructure in the United States.

How we use your data

  • To operate the CortaPro service — tracking visits, generating estimates, processing payments.
  • To send SMS messages to your customers on your behalf when you initiate them.
  • To calculate anonymized regional pricing benchmarks (property addresses are rounded to a ~10-mile grid; no individual data is shared).
  • To improve the accuracy of AI estimates over time.
  • To send you product updates and billing communications.

We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 90 days before deletion so you can export it. You may request deletion at any time by emailing support.

Your rights

You may request to:

  • Access a copy of your data
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your account and all associated data
  • Export your payment and visit history as CSV

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Row-level security policies in our database ensure that operators can only access their own organization's data. Payment card data never touches our servers.

Changes to this policy

We'll notify you by email if we make material changes to this policy. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
