By creating an account or using CortaPro, you agree to these Terms of Service. CortaPro is operated by Social Club Consulting LLC ("we," "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

CortaPro is a business management platform for lawn care operators. Features include property tracking, GPS crew management, AI-powered estimates, text-to-pay payment collection, and customer messaging.

• Free trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial period.
• Subscription plans: After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup.
• Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You will be charged to the payment method on file.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
• Price changes:We will provide at least 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

CortaPro uses Stripe Connect to process payments between you and your customers. By connecting a Stripe account, you agree to Stripe's Services Agreement. You are responsible for ensuring you are legally permitted to collect payments in your jurisdiction.

CortaPro does not store card numbers. All payment card data is handled directly by Stripe and subject to their security standards.

By using CortaPro's messaging features, you confirm that you have consent from each customer to send them text messages. You are responsible for compliance with applicable regulations (TCPA in the US) governing SMS marketing and service messages.

Standard message and data rates may apply to your customers. We are not responsible for carrier delivery failures.

You agree not to:

• Use CortaPro to collect payments for unlawful goods or services.
• Send unsolicited messages to customers who have not opted in.
• Attempt to access other operators' data or bypass security controls.
• Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable local, state, or federal law.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the CortaPro platform without written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without refund.

Estimates generated by CortaPro's AI are suggestions based on property data and regional benchmarks. They are not guarantees. You are responsible for setting your own prices and verifying that estimates are appropriate for your market.

You own your business data — your properties, customers, visit history, and payment records. We do not claim ownership of data you enter into CortaPro.

You grant us a limited license to process your data for the purpose of operating the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We target high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for losses caused by service downtime, data loss, or errors in AI-generated estimates.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Club Consulting LLC's liability for any claim related to CortaPro is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We will notify you by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
